Episode 4: All About The Customer

If you want to thrive in your business, you need to know your client(s). And to get to know someone, you have to have a relationship with them. Unless you make those connections, how would you find out what they love, what inspires them and what their problems and needs are? You don't always have the luxury of meeting your prospects and customers face to face, but in the age of the web we can establish those connections online.

In this Episode of Income Store TV, we deep dive into three categories of customers.

First, we have our internal customers. These are the relationships that we cultivate internally, within our company. Ken and Kerri speak on the importance of these relationships in their own lives, and how it has impacted their business since the early days.

Secondly, we have our website visitor, who turn into prospects and customers. We'll meet Chuck Winkler, Reid Grodski and Maria Clarke who all play a role in that relationship, from the attraction to buyer, and future contact. You'll see the importance of solid UI/UX (user interface and user experience), and how that plays a huge in the customer journey.
